President Al-Assad receives message from Iraqi Prime Minister

DAMASCUS, (ST)_President Bashar Al-Assad received on Thursday a message from Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi. 
 
The message that was conveyed by the Chairman of the Popular Mobilization Committee (PMC) Falih Al-Fayyad dealt with bilateral relations between Syria and Iraq , issues of common interest and the recent developments at the political and security levels, especially fighting terrorism and cooperation between the two countries to eliminate terrorist hotbeds at border areas, according to the Syrian Presidency .
 
It was conveyed during President Al-Assad’s  meeting with Al-Fayad . 
 
The meeting focused on the situation in the region and the challenges that face it as well as coordination and consultation between Syria and Iraq.
