A number of SDF militants wounded in an attack targeting a militia checkpoint south of Al-Hasakah

Al-Hasakah, (ST) – A number of SDF militia militants associated with the US occupation were wounded in an attack carried out by popular factions on an armed militia checkpoint on Al-Howl road in the southern countryside of Al-Hasakah.

Local  sources told SANA that “an armed checkpoint of the “SDF” militia was targeted on the Al-Hasakah Al-Howl main road, which led to the injury of a number of militia gunmen at the checkpoint.”

The sources pointed out that “the militia immediately imposed a security cordon around the location of the attack and brought in reinforcements from its militants.”

The attacks continue against positions of the SDF militants within the areas of their deployment in the Syrian Al-Jazeera region in response to the practices of the SDF militias which have gone far in intimidating the locals, stealing their properties and kidnapping many young men to recruit them among its ranks forcibly.
