Deir Ezzour (ST): The US-backed SDF militia, with the support of the occupation helicopters, kidnapped a number of civilians in the town of Al-Hawayej in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzour.

Local sources  said that armed men from the “SDF militia” raided with several four-wheel-drive vehicles mounted with “Dushka” machine guns, the town of Hawayej in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzour and kidnapped five civilians and took them to an unknown destination.

The sources pointed out that the raid was carried out with the support of the American occupation helicopters, which flew at a low altitude over the homes of the people in the town causing panic, especially among children.

During the past few days, the “SDF militia” has stepped up its raids in the areas it occupies on the Syrian Jazeera and kidnapped dozens of people in the countryside of Deir Ezzour, Raqqa and Hasakeh, with the aim of recruiting them to fight in its ranks.
