Lebanese writer: The forthcoming Syrian Presidential elections are part and parcel of battle against aggression

Lebanese Political Writer and journalist Hassan Hammadeh has asserted that Syria’s resilience in confronting the continuous aggression and terrorism contributes to crystalizing the new map of international balances in which Syria is a main player.

He said in an article entitled “Presidential elections are a Homeland Battle” that the forthcoming Syrian presidential elections are part and parcel of the battle of destiny, which Syria engaged in through its confrontation of the aggressive war being waged by NATO under the leadership of US, Zionist, regional and Arab regimes.

The article was published in a book entitled “The Leader Al-Assad Bright Pages from the History of Resilience”.

Hammadeh talked about the cruelty and hostility of the propaganda campaign launched against Syria and the Syrian people to the point that forced Carla del Ponte, former chief prosecutor at the Hague Tribunal, to deny herself when she had admitted that terrorist groups are the one who used sarin gas in Khan Al-Assal area.

He also referred to Syria’s experiences in several sectors.

Hammadeh holds a PHD in International Law and he has done several researches and written many articles in political and strategic affairs.
