Helen Al-Naji … a promising talent in the field of drawing

The young Helen Suleiman Al-Naji has an innate artistic talent.Thanks to her efforts and persistence, she was able to improve her artistic talent in the field of drawing and regulate her time between drawing and her studying of “Mineral Engineering” at Al-Baath University. She confidently made her way towards excellence and creativity to gain new experiences and develop her ideas. 

With regard to her early passion for drawing, she said, “I started drawing when I was nine years old, as I used to draw cartoon characters to participate in the Vanguards competition. My parents were my first support, and at school, too I was always encouraged. In 2014, I participated in a “Caricature Drawing” event organized by the Revolution Youth Union, which strongly motivated me to move forward to develop my talent. I was also sharing my drawings on social media, which helped increase my interest in drawing.

About the subjects that her drawings cover, Helen clarified, “There is no specific topic in the drawing and everything I like I draw it. I use all ancient and modern drawing methods. I draw pictures of historical stories in addition to decorations using henna, but in my drawings, I usually use pencil and oil colors. “

Regarding her future ambitions, she affirmed that she aspires to develop her artistic experience, as nothing is impossible, so with will and persistence one can achieve his goal.
