OCHA: Israeli occupation demolished 26 Palestinian buildings in the West Bank during the past two weeks
The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) has affirmed that the Israeli occupation authorities demolished 26 Palestinian buildings in the West Bank during the past two weeks.
According to Maan News Agency, the office said in a report covering the period between March 16 and March 29, 2021, that the occupation demolished 26 buildings in the Palestinian cities of Nablus, Ariha and Al-Quds in the West Bank resulting in the displacement of 34 Palestinians including 15 children and causing harm to 40 others.
Within the framework of its Judaization plans, the Israeli occupation is escalating the demolition of Palestinian houses and properties in the West Bank, especially in the occupied city of Al-Quds, amid the deadly silence of international community that ignores the Palestinian demands for urgent intervention to stop the demolitions and to implement the UN Resolution No. 2334 which calls for halting the Israeli settlement building activities.
