The Turkish regime authorities have arrested more than 180 soldiers under the pretext of their association with the organization of the preacher Fethullah Gülen, whom this regime accuses of being behind the 2016 coup attempt.
“Anadolu Agency” stated that the security forces carried out raids and arrests in 53 governorates and arrested 184 soldiers, including officers.
Among those arrested were 39 fort soldiers, 97 from the air force, six from the navy and four from the Turkish gendarmerie, in addition to 38 graduates from the military colleges that were disbanded after the coup attempt.
It is noteworthy that the regime of Recep Tayyip Erdogan has launched severe crackdowns since the coup attempt, with the aim of pursuing its opponents inside the country, where they arrested and dismissed tens of thousands of civilians and military personnel.
