Arab Tribes Forum kicks off in Syria’s Deir Ezzor

Activities of the Forum of Arab Tribes and Clans kicked off on Monday in the Syrian city of Deir Ezzor to voice support for national options and the war on terrorism and to express rejection of all forms of occupation.

The final statement of the forum stressed the Arab tribes’ adherence to national principles, their support for the Syrian Arab Army in its war on terrorism and their rejection of all forms of occupation.

The Syrian clans absolutely reject the presence of the US and Turkish occupation on the Syrian land and stressed that they will continue to resist the occupiers and their agents, pointing out that people’s resistance is the only means to liberate the Syrian territories from occupation forces and their tools which have been looting and vandalizing the Syrians’ resources, according to the statement.

The statement called on the Syrian clans to join efforts to defeat and expel the occupiers.
