Turkey is a main transit country for foreign terrorists towards Syria

Western media reports have affirmed that the United States and their western and regional allies have sent hundreds of thousands of terrorists to Syria to join the terrorist groups with the aim of killing Syrians and destroying Syria. 

 

In 2015, the German institute, the Firil Center for Studies published a study revealing that more than 360,000 foreign terrorists from 83 countries have entered Syria since April 2011.

 

The number of  terrorists, who came from the US and European  was 21500, according to the study, which pointed out that 8500 terrorists out of 21500 returned to their countries.

 

Western officials themselves admitted that the head of the Turkish regime Recep Tayyip Erdogan turned Turkey into a headquarters for gathering terrorists and sending them to Syria. 

 

The former special envoy of the US president at the so-called “Global Coalition to Defeat ISIS” Brett Mc Gurk declared that Turkey was a crossing point for foreign terrorists seeking entry into Syria  Syria. 

 

He said that Idlib province is the largest Al-Qaida safe haven since 9/11 due to the wrong stances of some of the US allies, who turned a blind eye to the flow of weapons and foreign fighters to the region. 

 

In 2018, the European Counter Terrorism Center said that the Turkish regime set up centers to facilitate the flow of terrorists to Syria, while the “Der Spiegel” magazine unveiled documents showing that Turkey was a transit country for those who wanted to join terrorist groups in Syria. 

 

In February 2019, the German Deutsche Welle website published a report proving that there were branches for ISIS terrorists in Gaziantep city at the Syrian-Turkish border and there were communications between Turkey and terrorists.
