The International Criminal Court accepts a case against Erdogan for crimes in Libya

The International Criminal Court has accepted the complaint filed by the Libyan Organization for Victims of Terrorism and Extremism against the President of the Turkish regime, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, for his responsibility for committing war crimes in Libya.

The Italian agency “Nova” reported that the organization, in cooperation with the Afro-Asian Center for Studies and Consultation, had filed a claim against Erdogan, a number of his military leaders and other Libyan officials and leaders for their crimes in Libya.

According to the documents, the crimes included aggression, the crime of genocide, the crime of premeditated murder that constitutes a crime against humanity, war crimes, the crime of direct and public incitement to commit war crimes and crimes against humanity.
