Foreign Ministry: The European Union is responsible for the shedding of Syrian blood

On March 15th, an official source in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates  confirmed that the European Union is responsible for the shedding of Syrian blood.

That source added that the suffering of the Syrians is due to the European Union’s support for terrorism in all its forms and the practice of economic terrorism.

The source said in a statement that “the European Union Foundation issued a statement about Syria full of fallacies and allegations that contradict reality.”

The source confirmed that the participation of the European Union Foundation in the aggression against Syria by supporting terrorist groups in various forms, and the practice of economic terrorism through unilateral and illegal coercive measures, makes this institution responsible for the shedding of Syrian blood and the suffering of the Syrians living conditions.

The source said that the colonial mentality that continues to tickle the feelings of some members of the European Union institution has become a thing of the past, and that the Syrians who expelled the French occupier from their country will not allow them to return again and interfere in Syrian affairs.

The source continued: “as for the conferences organized by the European Union Foundation regarding Syria, which bring together many enemies of the Syrian people from enemy countries and their tools from terrorists, they come as a continuation of the wrong European approach to dealing with the situation in Syria.”

The source concluded by saying that the passage of ten years since the unjust war on Syria is an occasion to condemn the hostile policies of the European Union Foundation.
