Media source: Any talk about secret negotiations between Syria and Zionist entity is fake

Any talk about secret negotiations or talks between Syria and the Zionist entity is nothing but a media and political fabrication, a media source affirmed on Saturday.

The source told SANA that rumors and fake news about secret talks and negotiations between Syria and the Zionist entity have recently increased, reiterating that Syria’s position has always been clear and transparent in dealing with this issue and that Syria has never adopted the policy of secret negotiations with the Zionist entity starting from its conviction that any negotiations must serve the interest of Syria and the Syrian people.

The source added that “All that Syria did previously was public and it will continue to be public now and in future. Therefore, any talk about secret negotiations between Syria and the Zionist entity is nothing more than media and political fabrications.”

In the same context, the source affirmed that “what has been recently circulated in a program on RT channel about inviting Rabbi Eddie Abadi to Syria and holding secret talks between the two sides to conclude a peace agreement is completely untrue.

Syria has never invited any “Israeli” personality to its land, rather, requests for visiting Syria have always been made by “Israeli” figures, the source clarified.
