Citizens of 4 towns in Lattakia countryside return to their houses after 8 years of displacement

LATTAKIA, (ST)_ “ I can not describe my happiness…We are grateful to the Syrian army and to President Bashar Al-Assad for the restoration of stability and safety to our towns and for the state’s interest in rehabilitating infrastructures,” said Khaldeyeh Yozbashi, one of the residents of Al-Rayyaneh town in the northern Countryside of Lattakia, to which the residents returned today. 
 
Another resident from Zenzef town, Ahmad Ajouz, said: “ We will return to stay in our town again….We will plant our lands and grow our fields .” 
 
These words summarized the feelings of  the residents, who returned to their houses in the towns of Zenzif, Rayyaneh, Beit Ayyoush and Al-Saraya after they had been displaced for 8 years because of terrorist groups’ crimes against them.
 
For his part, the governor of Lattakia Ibrahim Kheder Al-Salem said that services have returned to 140 towns in the northern countryside of Lattakia and 2000 houses were rehabilitated to ensure the return of residents to liberated towns. 
 
Schools ,roads ,sewage and electricity networks that were damaged by terrorism will be rehabilitated as soon as possible.
