SDF militia kidnaps 200 people in Hasakah and Raqqa

HASAKAH, RAQQA,(ST)_The US-backed “Syrian Democratic Forces” militia has kidnapped over 200 people in the past two days in Raqqa and Hasaka provinces with the aim of forcing them to fight alongside the militia.

According to local sources, armed groups affiliated to the SDF militia [Its Arabic acronym is QASAD] kidnapped over 200 young men in ambushes it set up after prayers in mosques in several towns and villages in Raqqa and Hasakah provinces.

 

The SDF militia stormed Al-Aresheh and Twemin towns in the southern countryside of Hasakah and kidnapped several civilians and took them to military training camps  to force them to fight alongside the militia.
