Corona virus kills more than two million 542 thousand people around the world

Capitals (ST): The Corona virus has killed more than two million 542 thousand people around the world since its appearance in December 2019 according to the latest statistics of the American World Meters site.

According to the site, the total number of Corona infections around the world has so far reached 114658204, and the total death cases resulting from the virus reached 2542373, while the total cases of recovery from the virus reached 90179044 cases.

The United States continues to lead the countries most affected by the virus in terms of deaths and infection cases with 525,807 deaths out of 29245418 infections, followed by India with 157,193 deaths out of 11112012 infections, and Brazil ranked third in the world, with 254,942 deaths out of 1,055,1259 infections.
