The Federation of Arab Journalists condemns the recent Israeli attack that targeted Damascus
On February 22nd, the Federation of Arab Journalists condemned the repeated attacks of the Israeli occupation on Syrian lands, the latest of which was the aggression that targeted Damascus in mid-February and resulted in the injury of journalist Ghassan Fatoum.
Ghassan Fatoum is a member of the Executive Office of the Syrian Journalists Union.
The Federation considered these repeated attacks on Syrian lands to be inconsistent with international covenants and United Nations resolutions.
The Federation called on all international media organizations and human rights to condemn these repeated attacks by the occupation against Syria and its journalists.
On February 15th, the Israeli occupation carried out the attack on the lands of the Syrian Arab Republic by launching rockets from the direction of the occupied Syrian Golan and the Galilee in the occupied Palestinian territories.
