Booby-trapped motorcycle explodes in a busy market in Deir Ezzor countryside, killing three civilians, wounding 10 others

Three civilians were martyred and 10 others were wounded on Saturday when a booby-trapped motorcycle exploded in a busy market in Al-Basira city in Deir Ezzor eastern countryside where the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) separatist militia has heavy presence.

Local sources said that several shops were burned and some other properties were damaged.

Chaos and insecurity have prevailed in all the areas controlled by the SDF militia. Locals in these areas organized several protests against the aggressive practices of this militia and against its acts of stealing the locals’ properties and agricultural crops.
