Ukrainian security forces arrest members of a cell affiliated with the terrorist organization (ISIS)

Kiev, (ST) – The Ukrainian security forces have arrested members of a cell affiliated with the terrorist organization “ISIS” in the capital, Kiev, headed by a terrorist who worked with the organization in Syria.

According to a statement by the press service center of the Ukrainian Security Service, reported by the Russian “Interfax” Agency, the cell members forged passports for people from Ukraine and the Russian Federation and distributed leaflets promoting extremist ideology.

The statement indicated that Ukrainian security forces seized explosive materials, grenade launchers, foreign currency, bank cards and documents of financial transfers to Syria in the possession of terrorists.
