US occupation removes damaged vehicles, including a chopper and oil tankers, from Hasakah countryside to Iraq

The US occupation troops in Syria on Wednesday removed 52 damaged military vehicles, including a chopper, from their illegal bases in Hasakah countryside to the northern part of Iraq via Al-Walid illegal crossing on the Syrian-Iraqi borders.

According to local sources, a convoy of 35 trucks, affiliated to the US occupation, left the town of Tal Hamis towards the Iraqi territories carrying a damaged helicopter, a number of damaged refrigerated trucks and oil tankers as well as packaged boxes. 

The sources added that another convoy of 17 trucks and tankers carrying stolen Syria oil and accompanied by military Hummers was brought out by the US occupation from Kharab Al-Jeir military airbase in Hasakah’s Al-Yaroubiyeh town to the Iraqi territories via Al-Walid crossing.

 Over the past days, the US occupation forces intensified attempts to reinforce their illegal bases in the Syrian Al-Jazira region. On Tuesday, the US occupation forces brought in 16 trucks carrying containers to Koniko gas field in Deir Ezzor eastern countryside where the US occupation has established an illegal base. The trucks were accompanied by armored military vehicles.
