Turkish regime issues arrest warrants for 344 people

Turkish regime’s authorities issued on Tuesday arrest warrants for 344 suspected members of the Fethullah Organization, the group that was accused of being behind the 2016 defeated coup.

In an Istanbul-based operation held simultaneously in 42 cities, arrest warrants were issued for 294 suspects, said the provincial prosecutor’s office in a statement.

The suspects, with 292 of them dismissed or on-duty soldiers, were alleged to be involved in the “private services structure” of the organization in the Turkish Armed Forces (TSK), said the statement.

Some of the suspects have been arrested and the search is underway for the remaining, it added.
