A civilian martyred, another wounded by US-backed SDF militia’s fire in Hasaka countryside

Militants affiliated to the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) separatist militia opened their machinegun fire on locals in Haql Tishreen area in Hasaka eastern countryside, causing the martyrdom of a civilian and wounding another, local sources told SANA reporter on Thursday.

The locals in this area took to the streets to protest against the criminal practices of the SDF militia. They burnt tires to close the road between Al-Fajj village and Tneneir village that leads to Hasaka city.

The areas controlled by the SDF militia have been witnessing continuous demonstrations demanding the expulsion of this militia due to its crimes of terrorizing the locals, stealing their properties, besieging a number of villages and towns, kidnapping youths, assassinating tribal leaders and plundering the resources of the Syrian Al-Jazira region.
