Protests renewed in Lebanese cities

BEIRUT, (ST)_Several areas in Lebanon witnessed on Monday protests against the deteriorating living conditions and price hike, according to the Lebanese News Agency.

The agency reported that scores of people gathered on Monday in Tripoli and Sidon cities to protest against the deteriorating living conditions and to call for supporting the families in need due to the lockdown imposed in Lebanon to avoid the spread of Coronavirus.

The protesters closed several roads in cities.
