3 soldiers are martyred and 10 are wounded in a terrorist attack targeting a bus on Palmyra- Deir Ezzor road
On January 24th, 3 soldiers were killed and 10 others were wounded, as a bus was attacked on Deir Ezzor-Palmyra Road, by terrorist groups.
A military source said in a statement that “around one hour and forty minutes in the afternoon, a bus transporting soldiers on the Deir Ezzor -Palmyra Road in the Al-Malha Al-Shula area came under fire from the south of the road from a terrorist group coming from the Al-Tanf area, which led to the death of three soldiers and wounding ten others ”.
This attack comes at a time when some media outlets reported that the American occupation forces have transported hundreds of ISIS terrorists from Iraq to the Syrian area of Al-Tanf to carry out offensive operations against the Syrian Arab Army and civilians in the Syrian desert.
These attacks are repeated on transport buses on the Deir Ezzor road to Palmyra by terrorist groups launched from the US occupation forces’ control area in the Al-Tanf area, which provides protection and support to these terrorist organizations.
