Separate attacks kill and wound a number of SDF militiamen in Raqqa and Deir Ezzor

A number of the US-backed SDF militiamen were killed and wounded as a result of attacks on their movements and locations by unknown persons in Raqqa and Deir Ezzor countryside.

Local sources said that two militants from the SDF militias were killed in an attack by unidentified persons on a military vehicle in Ayed village, west of Tabqa city, 50kms west of Raqqa.

The sources said that an explosive device planted by unidentified people in an SDFmilitary vehicle exploded at the Kubash Farm, northwest of Raqqa, which led to casualties among the SDF militians.

A gunman from the SDF militias was wounded by an explosive device in the town of Ain Issa city, 70kms north of Raqqa.

In Deir Al-Zor, local sources said that unidentified persons targeted with an explosive device an SDF military vehicle militia in the village of Al-Sur.

On January 9th, 6 SDF militiamen were killed and many others were wounded in attacks on their checkpoints in the third and fourth sections inside Al-Hol Camp, eastern countryside of Hasaka.
