Tehran: Al-Mikdad holds talks on enhancing bilateral relations

Tehran (ST): Foreign and Expatriates Minister Dr. Faisal Al-Mikdad arrived in Tehran in an official visit to the Islamic Republic of Iran at the invitation of Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Jawad Zarif.

Dr. al-Mikdad was welcomed by senior officials at the Iranian Foreign Ministry and members of the Syrian embassy staff in Tehran.

Dr. al-Mikdad will hold several meetings with high ranking Iranian officials that will focus on means of enhancing bilateral relations in various domains in addition to exchanging viewpoints towards regional and international issues of mutual concern.
