Archbishop Hanna: The international community should act immediately to halt the Israeli occupation’s crimes against the Palestinians

Archbishop of Sebastia for the Greek Orthodox Church in al-Quds Atallah Hanna has renewed his call on the international community to halt the crimes of the Israeli occupation against the Palestinian people, lands and sanctities.

 WAFA News Agency cited Hanna as saying in remarks on Saturday, that yesterday’s attack by Israeli settlers on Al-Juthmaneyeh Church in occupied Al-Quds and the settlers’ attempt to burn this holy place provided new proof about the occupation’s savagery and racism.

He pointed out that al-Quds is in a real danger due to the Israeli attacks that aim at eradicating the history of this holy city and at Judaizing it. He reiterated that these attacks won’t dissuade the Palestinian people from going ahead with their steadfastness and struggle to defend their land and protect their Islamic and Christian sanctities.
