The people of al-Shaddadi town demonstrate against the US-backed SDF militias

In response to of the US-backed SDF militias’ crimes in northeast Syria, hundreds of residents of the town of Al-Shaddadi, and other villages demonstrated against being denied entry to the city of Hassak on November 30.

Local sources said that hundreds of residents gathered at the Al-Eidan gas station at the eastern entrance to the city of Hasakah and demanded that they be allowed to enter the city center.

The protester called for stopping the SDF’s criminal practices against them.

 

The sources added that the people of Al-Shaddadi town have blocked public roads and demanded the release of the kidnapped people. 

On November 29, the US occupation forces and SDF militias attacked a number of civilians, including a girl, who tried to cross to go to their homes. They also kidnapped a number of civilians, including women, at the Panorama Roundabout at the southern entrance to Hasakah city and took them to an unknown destination.
