Eng. Arnous discusses with the Abkhaz ambassador ways to develop relations between the two countries

On November 23, Prime Minister Engineer Hossein Arnous met with the Ambassador of the Republic of Abkhazia Khotaba Bagrat Rachovich.

The discussions tackled bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to enhance and develop cooperation between them in various fields in the interest of the two friendly peoples and countries. 

 

During the meeting, the two sides stressed the importance of the formation of the joint ministerial committee and the businessmen council, establishing industrial projects and joint investments in Syria that secure job opportunities and the needs of the two countries’ markets.

Eng. Arnous said that Syria is open and ready to strengthen cooperation with friendly countries that stood by its side in the face of terrorism and the blockade.

In his turn, the Abkhaz ambassador expressed his country’s appreciation for Syria’s stances in support of the Abkhaz people and the desire to develop bilateral relations and cooperation in various fields for mutual benefit.
