Dr Khalaf highlighted the need to organize conferences, symposiums and events on the Arab and international levels to demand the lifting of injustice and occupation repression resulting from the Balfour Declaration, which contributed to planting the Zionist occupation entity in the Palestine.
The Secretary-General of the Palestinian Organization of the Arab Socialist Baath Party, Dr. Muhammad Qais noted that despite the passage of 103 years after the Balfour Declaration, the Palestinian people’s attachment to their land and their adherence to their rights has not weakened, and that resistance will remain alive until the liberation of all Palestinian soil. Dr. Qais called for a firm stand against all projects aimed at annihilating the Palestinian cause.
During the festival, musical pieces on Syrian and Palestinian patriotic songs were played.
