“Qaasd” militia backed by the American occupation forces kidnapped a number of young men to force them to fight in its ranks in the city of Raqqa.

Local sources reported to SANA that armed forces from the Qasad militia surrounded several buildings in a number of neighborhoods in the city of Raqqa, raided homes there, and kidnapped 20 young men and drove them under gunpoint to training camps to forcibly engage them in the fighting in the militia’s ranks.

In recent weeks, armed groups of the Qasad militia raided most of the villages and towns in the countryside of Al-Hasakah, Deir Ezzor and Raqqa, and kidnapped dozens of young men to take them to their own camps and put them in its ranks to serve their agendas that are  associated with the American occupation forces in the region.
