On October 27, Russian President Vladimir Putin reiterated the importance of a political solution to the crisis in Syria, including the efforts of the guarantor countries of the Astana Peace Talks.
During a phone call with the President of the Turkish regime, Recep Tayyip Erdogan,Putin stressed the importance of implementing the existing agreements to achieve stability in the Governorate of Idlib.
According to a statement by the Kremlin’s press office, Putin noted the importance of intensifying talks aimed at reaching peace in Libya.
Putin told Erdogan during the call his deep concern about the escalation of the situation in the Nagorno-Karabakh region and increasing involvement of terrorists from the Middle East in the conflict in the region.
Armenia affirmed that the Turkish regime has intervened in the escalation of the situation in the Karabakh region. Armenia said that it has irrefutable evidence that Turkey has transferred terrorists from Syria to the Karabakh region.
