Bogdanov reiterates commitment to Syria’s unity, sovereignty and territorial integrity

Moscow (ST): The Special Representative of the Russian President for Middle East and African Affairs, Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Bogdanov has reiterated his country’s commitment to Syria’s sovereignty, unity and territorial integrity.

Russia Today Website reported a statement by the Russian Foreign Ministry as saying that Bogdanov affirmed during his meeting in Moscow with Assistant Foreign Minister in the Turkish regime, Sidat Unal, the significance of exerting coordinated efforts, including the Astana process, to contribute to realizing a comprehensive solution to the crisis in Syria according to the UNSC Resolution 2254.

Regarding Libya, stress was laid on the necessity of conducting a comprehensive dialogue to find out a solution for the Libyan crisis according to UN resolutions and Berlin conference recommendations.
