On October 13, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan emphasized that the Turkish regime is undermining the ceasefire agreement in the NagornoKarabakh region by inciting continued fighting.
Pashinyan warned of the Turkish regime’s efforts to dominate and expand its influence in the South Caucasus region, stressing that Armenia and Azerbaijan must make concessions in any talks on reaching a settlement on Karabakh.

During a press conference with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov on October 12, Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan reiterated that the Turkish regime transfers mercenaries and terrorists from Syria and Libya to help the Azeri forces.
