Scores of Palestinians wounded by Israeli gunfire Kafr Qaddoum and Hebron

Occupied Jerusalem (ST): A number of Palestinians suffered from suffocation when Israeli forces of occupation attacked Bab al-Zawiyeh area in the centre of Hebron city.

WAFA News Agency said that the occupation troops broke into the area and used gas bombs and live ammunition causing several suffocation cases.

Meanwhile, scores of Palestinians were injured and others suffered from suffocation as a result of the Israeli repression of the weekly anti-settlement demonstration in Kafr Qaddoum village which demands the opening of the street of the village that has been closed for 17 years to the east of Qalqilyeh in the West Bank.

The Coordinator of the popular resistance in Kafr Qaddoum Murad Shteiwi told WAFA news agency that the occupation troops broke into the village and used live ammunition and gas bombs against the demonstrators causing the wounding of seven Palestinians including a journalist and scores of suffocation cases.

The village of Kafr Qaddoum has been witnessing weekly demonstrations every Friday and Saturday in protest against the Israeli settlement policy and the racist segregation wall.
