Several members of US-backed militia were killed in Syria

DER EZZOUR, (ST)_ At least 5 members of the US-backed “Syrian Democratic Forces” militia were killed in sporadic attacks on the militia’s positions in the countrysides of Der Ezzour and Hasaka.

According to local sources, one of the SDF militia’s members was killed when unknown people attacked a military vehicle belonging to the militia near M’ezeeh town in the eastern countryside of Der Ezzour. 

 

This attack coincided with another  attack on one of the positions of the SDF militia [ Its Arabic acronym is QASAD] in al-Basira city where the second member of the militia was killed. 

Three more SDF militia’s members were eliminated and several others wounded when unknown people opened fire at one of the checkpoints of the militia in Ras Al-Ayn region in the northern countryside of Hasaka.   

Over the past period, the Syrian al-Jazeera region has witnessed escalations in attacks against the mercenaries of the US and Turkish occupation forces.
