89 wanted persons have their legal status settled in Daraa

 

Daraa – Within the framework of the comprehensive reconciliation process in the country, a number of wanted persons had their legal status settled in the city al-Sanamin in Daraa province on Wednesday during a national event with the attendance of official, popular and religious figures.

89 persons had their legal status settled while tens others started procedures of settling their cases, according to SANA.

 

510 wanted persons, among them 150 gunmen settled their cases and handed over their weapons to the competent authorities last December in al-Sanamin.

4700 persons had their legal status settled in 2016

In a relevant context, Justice Ministry announced that more than 4700 persons had their legal status settled in 2016 in the framework of national reconciliations according to Amnesty law No.15.
