7 persons wounded in mortar attacks on Damascus

DAMASCUS,(ST)_At least 7persons were hurt today as mortar shells hit al-Jebbeh area, Omayyad square and Bab Touma quarter in Damascus.

According to the official news agency (SANA), the shells were fired by terrorist organizations holed up in Jobar quarter near Damascus.

Unofficial websites reported that more shells fell in Mohajerin area, Adawi highway and Esh al-Warwar area in Damascus.

A child was wounded in Esh al-Warwar area, while there are no reports about casualties in the other areas.

The US, Britain, France, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan and Israel support terrorist organizations in Syria, according to world media reports.
