7 persons including kids hurt in terror attack northeast of Damascus

DAMASCUS SUBURB,(ST)_At least 7 persons were hurt in a terrorist mortar fire on al-Wafideen camp north-east of Damascus, a police command source said Thursday.

The source clarified that 5 children aged 9-13 years were among the wounded persons, who were admitted to the national hospital in al-Qtayfeh area in Damascus countryside.

Two mortar shells hit the said camp.

Repeatedly, terrorists affiliated to the so-called the ‘Jaish al-Islam’, the ‘Islam Brigade’ and the ‘Fajer al-Omma Brigade’ fire rockets and mortars from Harasta and Duma, which are located in the eastern Ghouta of Damascus, on civilians living in al-Wafideen camp.

The US, France, Britain, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan and Israel support terrorist organizations, which includes the so-called the ‘armed moderate opposition’ in Syria, according to world media reports.
