OCCUPIED AL-QUDS, (ST)_Seven Palestinian prisoners in the Israeli jails continue with their open-ended hunger strike amid concerns over their life given their deteriorating health condition.
The Palestinian Prisoners and Ex-prisoners Affairs Commission said in a statement on Tuesday that the hunger striking prisoners are Kayed Al-Fasfous, who has been on hunger strike for 111 days, Miqdad Al-Qawasmeh, 104 days, Alaa Al-Araj, 87 days, Hisham Abu Hawwash, 77 days, Shadi Abu Aker, 70 days, Eyad Al-Hreimi, 41 days, Rateb Hreibat, 25 days and Loui Al-Ashqar, 23.
The Israeli occupation authorities are incarcerating more than 5,000 Palestinian and Arab prisoners for resisting its occupation of their homeland. Many of these prisoners have been in prison for more than 26 years.
