6th Conference of Syrian Researchers in Homeland and Abroad Kicks off
Under the title “Towards a knowledge-based national economy”, The 6th Conference of Syrian Researchers in Homeland and Abroad 2024 kicked off this morning at the Al-Assad National Library in Damascus.
The three-day conference, in which 115 researchers participate directly or virtually, aims to achieve effective research and applied partnerships between researchers both at home and abroad, and to provide an effective and sustainable communication environment between them within several axes including information and communications, smart systems, biotechnology and nanotechnology, social and cultural development as well as energy and environment.
The conference includes 59 lectures and is accompanied by an exhibition containing 57 scientific posters on the conference themes.
It is noteworthy that the Supreme Commission for Scientific Research organized the first conference for Syrian researchers at home and abroad in 2019.
