60 martyrs, dozens wounded due to the Israeli enemy raids on Baalbek-Hermel and Bekaa

Beirut, (ST) – The Lebanese Ministry of Health announced that the brutal raids launched by the Israeli enemy forces yesterday on the cities and towns of the Baalbek-Hermel and Bekaa governorates led to the martyrdom of 60 people in an unofficial toll.

The Lebanese National News Agency quoted the Health Emergency Operations Center affiliated with the Ministry of Public Health as saying in a statement: 16 martyrs as a result of the enemy raids on the town of Al-Alaq in the Baalbek-Hermel governorate, in addition to one martyr in Tamnin in the Bekaa, 6 martyrs near the Gouraud barracks in Baalbek.

Two martyrs also in the town of Al-Hadath in Baalbek, ten martyrs in Al-Hafir, six in Boudai, nine martyrs in Ram, two martyrs in Shamshtar, two other martyrs in Younin, one martyr in Brital, three in Taraya, and two martyrs in Al-Halaniyeh.

The center added: Fifty-eight other people were injured in the Israeli occupation airstrike, and the rubble removal work is still ongoing.
