6 citizens martyred, 23 others wounded in terrorist bombing in Al-Sayeda Zainab town

A terrorist bombing on Thursday in Al-Sayeda Zainab town in Damascus countryside claimed the lives of 6 citizens and wounded 23 others.

According to a source at the Ministry of Interior, a motorcycle was detonated near a SAIPA taxi in one of the steets of Al-Sayeda Zainab, killing six people and wounding scores others.

The ministry said on its Telegram Channel: “Policemen, criminal security personnel in Damascus countryside, firefighters and emergeny teams rushed to the explosion site. The bodies of the martyrs and the injured were transferred to hospitals in Damascus and Damascus countryside”.
