55 martyrs as a result of the occupation massacres in Gaza during the past 24 hours

Occupied Al-Quds (ST) – The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that during the 24 past hours, the Israeli occupation forces committed 7 massacres in the Gaza Strip, of which 55 martyrs and 200 wounded arrived at hospitals.

The Ministry stated that the number of victims of the ongoing occupation aggression on the Strip for the 215th day has risen to 34844 martyrs and 78404 wounded, while a number of victims are still under the rubble and on the roads, and ambulance and civil defense crews cannot reach them.

The Ministry indicated that the fierce attack and violent bombing of the Israeli occupation on the Strip, especially Rafah, caused a significant increase in the number of martyrs and wounded.

The Ministry added that for the second day in a row, the Rafah land crossing was closed due to the occupation’s control over it.

It noted that the occupation prevents thousands of wounded and sick people from traveling for treatment outside the Gaza Strip, and prevents trucks of medicines and medical and relief supplies from being brought to hospital.

The Ministry stressed that the occupation’s threat to bomb some hospitals in Rafah and forced medical staff, wounded and patients to evacuate them led to getting the hospitals out of service.

The Ministry called on the countries that pledged and requested lists of the sick and wounded to take urgent action to secure their travel.
