5 Qasad militia gunmen are killed and others wounded in attacks in Al-Hasakah and Deir Ezzor

5 militants, including two leaders of the US-backed “Qasad” militia, were killed and others were wounded by an unidentified persons in the city of Al-Hasakah and its countryside and the countryside of Deir Al-Zour, in light of the increasing attacks against the militia’s movement axes and their deployment points in the Syrian Jazeera.

Local sources in Hasakah stated that an explosive device planted by unknown persons exploded this evening in the car of a leader of the Qasad militia in the city of Hasakah, killing him and wounding others who were with him. They were transported to field hospitals belonging to the militia in the area.

In the town of Markada in the southern countryside, another leader of the “Qasad militia” was shot dead by unknown persons in the livestock market in the town, coinciding with the killing of a militia gunman in the town of Al-Hol in the eastern countryside by unknown gunmen.

In the far eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, civil sources confirmed that “two armed men from the“ Qasad ”militia were killed by the explosion of an explosive device in a military vehicle that was moving in the vicinity of the town of Al-Susah in Albu Kamal region.

Two Qasad militants were killed on Saturday as a result of unidentified persons targeting a militia checkpoint in the town of Markada, south of Hasakah, and a point in Hajin, east of Deir Ezzor.
