Occupied Al-Quds, (ST) – 5 Palestinians were injured and others were arrested today during the Israeli occupation forces’ storming into areas in the West Bank.

The occupation forces raided several houses in Nablus, Shuafat camp in Al-Quds (Jerusalem), and the town of Azzun in Qalqilya, and detained 7 Palestinians.

Since the start of the war of extermination on October 7, 2023, the occupation forces have arrested more than 11,600 Palestinians in the occupied West Bank.

Israeli occupation forces prevent Palestinian farmers under age of 40 from picking olives in Nablus

In another development in Nablus, the Israeli occupation forces prevented Palestinians under the age of 40 from entering their lands to pick olives in Khirbet Yanun, south of Nablus.

Rashid Marar, Head of the Yanun village council, said that the occupation forces stormed into the agricultural lands located along the Awarta road, near the illegal colony of Itamar, and forced citizens under the age of 40 to leave their lands and prevented them from picking olives, despite having received coordination for four days.

Marar added that the decision poses a great danger and will destroy the season this year, especially since the elderly will not be able to pick olives during the coordination period.
