400 martyrs’ families honored in Aleppo

A ceremony was held in Aleppo on Saturday to honor 400 martyrs’ families.

The ceremony was held by Aleppo governorate in cooperation with the Directorate of the Martyrs, Wounded and Missing Affairs.

A documentary depicting the heroism and sacrifices of the Syrian Arab army in the war on terrorism was screened and several artistic shows glorifying the martyrs, who offered their lives in defense of their homeland, were held during the ceremony.

In a statement, Aleppo Governor Hussein Diyab stressed that this honoring ceremony is held in recognition of the sacrifices of the martyrs and their families which led to successive victories over terrorism.
