4 Israeli jets carried out sorties over Lebanon, 2 tanks crossed the technical fence

BEIRUT, (ST)_Four Israeli jets carried out on Tuesday sorties over western areas, Iqlim al-Teffah and the western Beqaa violating  Lebanese airspace, according to a statement issued by the Lebanese Army Command.
 
The statement added that the Israeli jets headed towards the occupied land after they carried out the sorties.
 
On the other hand, the Lebanese media outlets reported that 2 Israeli tanks crossed the technical fence in Mays al-Jabal town for the second day running.
 
“The first Israeli tank fired smoke bombs to cover its movements before it hid for a while under the cover of the Merkava,” the media added.
