3rd Tehran Dialogue Forum kicks off with Syria’s participation

The 3^rd Tehran Dialogue Forum kicked off in the Iranian capital on Monday with the participation of Syria’s Ambassador to Iran Shafiq Dayyoub as well as politicians, directors of think tanks, intellectuals and researchers representing 35 countries.

The forum is held under the title “The Neighborhood Policy of the Islamic Republic of Iran an Approach to Build Friendship and Trust”.

It will discuss the latest developments in West Asia, security in the Gulf region, regional connections and energy security, the Ukraine crisis and its regional and global consequences.

The 1^st and 2^nd Tehran Dialogue Forums held in 2019 and 2020 have played a notable role in the rapprochement and interaction between officials and political thinkers in the field of international and regional studies, especially in on West Asia.
