38,794 Palestinians martyred since the occupation began its aggression against Gaza Strip

Occupied Al-Quds, (ST)- The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that during the past 24 hours, the Israeli occupation committed 4 massacres in Gaza Strip, the victims of which reached 81 martyrs and 198 wounded in hospitals.

The Ministry said on Wednesday in a statement that the number of victims of the ongoing occupation aggression on Gaza Strip for the 285th day has risen to 38,794 martyrs and 89,364 wounded, while a number of victims are still under rubble and on the roads as ambulance and civil defense crews cannot reach them.

The Ministry warned that a number of the main generators that supply the remaining hospitals with electrical energy are threatened of going out of service during the coming period as the occupation prevented the entry of spare parts needed for maintenance work, which means certain death for the sick and injured and the complete end of the health service.

The Ministry called on the international community and UN and international organizations to intervene to save the health system and put pressure on the occupation to allow the entry of spare parts and new generators to ensure the continued operation of hospitals.
