HAMA, (ST)- A Syrian Arab Army unit in cooperation with popular Defense groups in Hama eastern countryside found 3000 tonnes of stolen wheat in one of the hideouts of ISIS terrorist organization in al-Qastal village.
Hama Governor, Mohammad al-Hazouri told SANA reporter that “the wheat was found in three sites, each contained at least 1000 tonnes, and it was placed within cells under the ground. He added that necessary vehicles and equipments were ensured to get the wheat out.
The total quantity of wheat found so far in ISIS hideouts in Hama eastern countryside reached 5500 tonnes which is currently being shipped to the silos and stores of the General Establishment for Cereal Trade and Manufacturing in Hama province.
On Saturday, popular defense groups found more than 2500 tonnes of stolen wheat in one of ISIS hideouts in eastern Eqerbat town in Hama countryside.
